Ingredients
1 1/2 teaspoons Lawry's® Garlic Salt
1 medium onion, cut into 1/2-inch rings
1 1/2 pounds whole vine ripened tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 chipotle chili in adobo sauce, finely chopped
Directions
1. Evenly sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's® Garlic Salt on onion. Grill or broil onion and tomatoes, turning once, 10 minutes or until browned.
2. Chop tomatoes and onion; stir in remaining ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled meat, chicken or fish.
