Makes: 8 (1/4-cup) servings.
 

LAWRY'S® AU JUS GRAVY

Ingredients

1 package Lawry's® Au Jus Gravy Mix

2 cups water

Directions

1. Mix Au Jus Gravy Mix and water in 2-quart saucepan with wire whisk until smooth.

 

2. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, 1 minute, stirring occasionally.

 

Beef Dip Sandwiches: Toast buttered bread or crusty rolls. Top with sliced roast beef. Drizzle with prepared Au Jus gravy. Serve with remaining hot Au Jus gravy for dipping.

 

Hearty Onion Soup: Melt 3 tablespoons butter in 4-quart saucepan on low heat. Add 3 medium onions, thinly sliced. Cook and stir until golden brown. Stir in Au Jus Gravy Mix and 3 cups water. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
