Rich Mushroom Gravy: Melt 2 tablespoons butter in 2-quart saucepan on medium heat. Add 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms; cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add 1/4 cup dry red wine; cook 1 minute. Stir in Brown Gravy Mix and 1 cup water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
